1. Services: Nerine provides ad management, WhatsApp Business API setup, automation and AI agent integration as agreed in writing.

2. Client responsibilities: you must own or have rights to your business, content and customer data, and must message only users who have opted in.

3. Platform policies: you must follow the Meta, WhatsApp Business and other platform policies. Platforms may restrict accounts or ads at their discretion; Nerine cannot guarantee approvals.

4. No guarantee of results: ad performance depends on market, budget and platform changes. Ad spend is paid by you to the platform.

5. Payments and fees are as per the written proposal. Either party may end the engagement with written notice.

6. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant month. Governed by the laws of India; courts at Jaipur.
